Since most of our products are handmade and custom-designed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product.

To process an exchange or report an issue, you must provide photo or video proof clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, and you provide valid photo proof, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and the photo evidence confirmed, you’ll be notified of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
