Welcome to HindArt! By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. These terms ensure clarity and fairness between us (HindArt) and you, our valued customer.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and that you provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

2. Our Products

All of our products are handmade or custom-designed. We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors and details may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. We may update, change, or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order means you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

  • All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and do not include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

  • Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and delivered on the next business day.

  • Same-day delivery and self-pickup are not available.

  • Once handed over to the courier, HindArt is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Because our items are handmade and/or custom-designed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery at info.hindart@gmail.com.

  • To process a request, photo or video proof must be provided clearly showing the issue.

  • Approved cases will be eligible for either a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, products, and content on this website are the intellectual property of HindArt. They may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

HindArt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
